New Years Ambitions

Getting to this topic rather late but as they say better late than never!

New year’s resolutions are notorious for being broken. Over 50% have been broken by the end of January, so I don’t usually set one. To add some context the one I set for myself last year was to start up this very website, which wasn’t even purchased until October!

So instead of making a solid target, I’m instead just going to lay out some of the ideas I have, that may or may not see the light of day this year.

I’m going to continue to post my photos of the month, and sometimes do separate posts for big events if and when they are allowed again. I do intend to improve on how often I post on my Instagram page, as I do enjoy sharing my best snaps.

If the virus of unspecified origin somehow takes a back seat and I manage to leave the country for a holiday, I’ll update a page as I go with photos and information, whilst also aiming to do complete write ups about my past travels.

As with my Christmas post, I’d love do some other more experimental pieces, whether that be creative writing, or just writing about things i love that don’t come under what I’m already doing. I’m a huge star wars fan and it would be a crime against myself if I didn’t involve that in some way!

To end, I hope this is a big year for this little project of mine, not putting any pressure on it, I’m just trying to keep it fun! Hope everyone has a good new year, and may it be infinitely better than 2020. We can only hope!
